Refund Policy

In short: We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund for digital products that don't meet your expectations. Email us with your order details and we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
1. Our commitment
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from AT EASE. If a digital product does not meet your expectations or does not work as described, we offer a straightforward, fair refund process.
2. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your request is made within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- The product does not match its description or does not function as advertised.
- You were unable to access or download the product after purchase (and our support team was unable to resolve the issue).
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@allatease.com with the subject line “Refund request” and include:
- Your order confirmation email or transaction ID
- The name of the product you purchased
- The reason for your refund request
- The email address used at checkout
4. Processing timeline
Acknowledgement (within 24 hours)
We confirm receipt of your refund request.
Review (within 5 business days)
Our team reviews your request and verifies the purchase.
Refund issued
Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method.
Funds appear (5-10 business days)
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following cases:
- Substantial consumption — if more than 50% of a course, workshop, or multi-module product has been accessed.
- Late requests — requests made more than 14 calendar days after purchase.
- Non-refundable items — products clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
- Abuse — repeated refund requests from the same customer for the same or similar products may be declined.
6. Partial refunds
In cases where a full refund is not applicable (e.g. partial consumption of a multi-part product), we may offer a partial refund proportional to the unused portion. This will be communicated clearly before processing.
7. Consumer rights
India
For customers in India, this policy operates alongside your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. You may also file a complaint with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or your state/district consumer forum.
European Union
For customers in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), unless you have expressly consented to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right.
United Kingdom
For UK customers, your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The same 14-day withdrawal period applies as described for EU customers.
