Product Terms

1. Scope

These Product Terms apply to all digital products sold through allatease.com, including but not limited to guides, e-books, templates, toolkits, checklists, worksheets, and other downloadable digital resources (collectively, “Products”).

By purchasing a Product, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Use.

2. Licence grant

Upon successful payment, AT EASE grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Product for your own personal or internal business use.

This licence does not permit you to:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicence, or share the Product with third parties
• Upload the Product to any public or shared platform
• Modify the Product for commercial redistribution
• Claim authorship of the Product or remove AT EASE branding
• Use the Product to train machine learning models without express written authorisation

You may use the Product on multiple personal devices (e.g. phone, tablet, laptop) that you own.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically. After successful payment, you will receive:

• An immediate download link on the confirmation page
• A confirmation email with a download link to the email address provided at checkout

If you do not receive your Product within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at hello@allatease.com with your order confirmation or transaction ID.

4. Pricing and payment

• All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product page and include applicable taxes where required by law.
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider (currently Gumroad). AT EASE does not store or access your credit card or banking details.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is final.
• We may offer promotional discounts from time to time. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

5. Product updates

We may update Products from time to time to improve accuracy, add content, or fix errors. If you purchased a Product, you will receive access to updates for that specific Product at no additional cost. However, entirely new or substantially different Products may be sold separately.

Update notifications will be sent to the email address used at purchase.

6. Intellectual property

All Products remain the intellectual property of AT EASE. Your purchase grants a licence to use the Product, not ownership of the underlying content, design, or intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved by AT EASE.

7. Product disclaimer

Products are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes, results, or benefits from using our Products. Results depend on individual circumstances, effort, and application.

Products that include financial calculations, health recommendations, or other advisory content are subject to the same disclaimers as our Website content. See our Disclaimer for details.

8. Refunds

Our refund process for digital Products is detailed in our Refund Policy. In summary, we offer a 14-day refund window for Products that do not match their description or do not work as advertised.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your licence to a Product if you violate these terms, particularly if you redistribute, resell, or publicly share the Product. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
